CEO/Executive Director

Bright Adelegan founded Ever Bright Complex Needs Support Services Inc. (Ever Bright) in 2018 in response to a growing need for support solutions required by the complex needs community. As principal of the company, Bright manages programs that offer long-term and short-term support to youth and adults across Canada. In this capacity, he works closely with government representatives and other stakeholders who are invested in the progress of the individuals he serves.

Bright’s work within the complex needs sector spans over 15 years and includes work in Canada and across the globe. Within Canada, he has worked with organizations in Ontario, Alberta, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. His international experience includes work in Asia and Africa, where he gained valuable insights into how culture and community impact human health and wellbeing.

Over the course of his career, Bright has taught life skills and pre-employment training to individuals with complex needs. He has helped individuals find work, housing, achieve goals and strengthening relationships. Bright applies his range of skills and experiences in the framework of Ever Bright to actively encourage each individual to achieve greater self-esteem, well-being and independence.

Meet Cassandra Ebangha Shyntum, the Program Manager at Ever Bright Complex Needs Support Services, a leading organization that offers comprehensive housing and support solutions to individuals with disabilities and complex needs throughout Northern Canada. Cassandra has been with the company for over 4 years and has established herself as a dedicated professional with an unwavering commitment to honesty, results-oriented, selflessness, and promoting diversity and inclusivity.

Cassandra is a voice for the voiceless and an advocate for those facing diverse challenges. Her ability to meet individuals at the point of their needs has earned her a stellar reputation in the industry. She is passionate about improving the quality of life of others by providing them with the necessary resources to become valued members of their community.

With a background in social sciences, Cassandra has amassed a wealth of experience over the past nine years in various senior positions. Her exceptional communication skills and leadership style is characterized by a commitment to cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment. She is a natural collaborator who excels at building and leading high-performing teams.

Cassandra’s competency lies in her ability to give personalized attention, empathize and put her clients’ needs before her own. Her great work ethic, enthusiasm, tenacity, and compassion have earned her clients’ trust and built strong, lasting professional relationships. Her ability to effectively manage programs and provide invaluable support to those in need has helped countless individuals achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Dr. Diana Florea Davila

Dr. Diana Florea Davila

Psy.D., R. Psych.

Dr. Diana Florea Davila lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has joined our team and will be working remotely with clients assigned to her. She is married and has two boys that keep her very busy.

Dr. Diana started her career working with addictions and mental health in a long-term treatment center. There she provided individual and group therapy to women that suffered with triple diagnosis such as addiction, mental health, and abuse. From there she moved on to work in the school system with Complex kids and their families. She worked with trauma, behavioral issues, childhood mental health and developmental disorders. 

For the last twelve years Dr. Florea Davila has been working with complex trauma and PTSD for Alberta Health Services. She specializes in treating, trauma, PTSD, and chronic pain through exposure therapies that include by-lateral stimulation as well as sensorimotor psychotherapy.  

Dr. Florea Davila has completed most of her educations in the United States. She earned her MA in Counseling from Gonzaga University in Spokane, and she earned a Psychology Doctorate from California Southern University where she specialized in the maintenance model between trauma, PTSD, and Chronic Pain.

Along with her trauma portfolio, Dr. Florea Davila works very effectively with concurrent disorders such as Addiction and Mental Health, Is a trainer with Love and Logic parenting, and is passionate around working with Behavioral issues and Personality Disorders. She works with Individuals, couples, and family units, and specializes in working with young adults and groups.

Program Supervisor

Before being named the Program Supervisor in January 2022, Leonard prominently served in the capacity of a Program Team Leader responsible for the program’s optimization by developing and customizing essential materials used for the day-to-day operations. He is an accomplished and goal-driven leader offering more than 8 years of extensive experience in human services and 5 years in other sectors.

Driven by Optimizing results with competence in planning, organizing, and solutions-oriented approach while driving business growth efficiently and effectively through coaching, motivating, and empowering a successful dream team. A charismatic and diplomatic leader, great communicator, and analytical thinker, able to inspire, and cultivate productive working relationships with employees, and partners in general.

Operations Supervisor

Idowu Alao Joined Ever Bright Complex Needs Support Services in 2019. With a stellar background in Education Counselling, and an adept knowledge of the demands of the complex needs support field, Idowu has demonstrated unwavering passion and desire for providing requisite support to individuals with disabilities and guiding them to achieve their set goals.

Idowu grew with the organization and became a team lead in 2021, and in no time rose to the position of Operations Supervisor in 2022, all due to his admirable commitment to the job.

Bringing his wealth of experience on board, Idowu was able to key into the mission and vision statement of Ever Bright Complex Needs Support Services, providing continuous support to both staff and members, and working efficiently with other stakeholders, including families, health professionals and affiliate organizations.
